Golf conditioning yoga is one of the easiest ways to restore, improve, and maintain optimal functional movement patterns and maximize golf performance. Yoga is ultimately about proper breathing patterns, and high levels of stability, internal strength, muscle endurance, and balance.
As we start the new season, come join us for a 3 week yoga program specifically designed for preparing our bodies for the new season. The classes are designed to build on what is done in the previous class so sign up for all 3 to get the full benefit! You can also sign up for individual classes if you prefer.
We do need a minimum of 10 people per class to hold these sessions.

Cost is $11 per member for each session. Non-members are welcome for a cost of $15 for each session so bring your friends!
